SeamusG - R.I.P.
It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I report our friend SeamusG aka, Mr. Jim Gilpatrick has passed away suddenly. I do not know much of the details. There will be a gathering at the Westminster, CO - Westin Hotel on Friday July 26th. I do not know the exact time. It's either 10:30am or 1pm.
This will probably hit the forums section of the Arvada Associated Modelers website. I would suggest people try to find out info from there, as it was Jims home field and club.

RE: SeamusG - R.I.P.
He was a SUPERB kit builder. Even when he had only been in the hobby less than 2yrs, the kits he built made most other guys' kits look like paper mache' airplanes built by a kindergarten kid. As the years went by his building and covering only got better. He truly was a master craftsman.
I was just thinking about stopping by his house a couple weeks ago. I decided not to show up unannounced and intended to call him instead. Never got around to it. Now he's gone.

BTW - if you're interested in more details of this plane - this bipe a kit, not an ARF. If you're really interested I did a build thread ''Hog Bipe Build 2009'' in the Kit Building forum.
