I am a big fan, and I have built many of their kits. I would LOVE to see 2 things from them:

a) Use laser cutting
b) A 1/4 scale Albatross:-) 1/3 is a bit too big for me...

Besides that, they are the best:-)

Yah, I will take 13.

Speaking of detail, for those that do not know, I have a source for the elusive honeycomb radiator material for the Fokker DVII. I had this 3d printed to scale. Go to www.iflytailies.com and you will find it there. It is sized for 1/4 scale, but I am sure a 1/3rd size could be created as well. It is 3/8" thick.

Count me in. I have two BUSA builds under my belt now. The 80" Eindecker and the 1/4 scale Fokker D-VIII. In the "to be built" area of my hanger is a 1/4 Pup, 1/4 D-VII, and a 1/3 scale Morane Saulnier. Love the BUSA kits.

Hi, I'd like to join the BUSAB. Can I have a number please? Currently, I am working on a Fokker Dr1. Should be done by June? Also flying a N11 and a Morane Saulnier Type G (90 size E3) Also have a SE5a in the bones. Just can't motivated to finish it! Someday. Thanks! Jerry

I've built 10 BUSa kits in the past 9 years, so I guess I need a brotherhood number also.

kennye, you need to own a BUSA kit, this can be a good excuse to buy one now. I'll keep your spot at 20 aside till you pick up one.

Just wondering if you folks are making up your own paint schemes, or are you taking the colors from actual aircraft ?

With my Eindecker 90, I only plan on using the cream colored linen covering, but will try to add some actual details and decals.

Put me in for the Brotherhood. Currently have a DVII on the board. Can't wait to finish it, if it ever does. When scaling out a bird, it seems it's never done .

I have a BUSA Eindecker 3 and a Bristol M3 both are great flyers!
The Einecker is powered by a Magnum .91 4 stroke and the Bristol is powered by a Magnum .52 4 stroke. My gallery has some good pics of them.
