Building on a BalsaUSA "Moonraker". Plans from the 70's. Symmetrical airfoil. Great little kit. Can't wait to fly it.

OK, it looks like the brotherhood has spoken, it is the kit building section of RCU and it was clearly stated in the first post, that you must own a BUSA kit.
That post hasn't been edited, so the rules haven't changed mid way, we'll leave it the way it is.

If you would like to join please ask in your post and state that you have a BUSA kit.

My first real kit build was an Eindeker 40, have since done a couple of Northstars, an N-28 and am working on a 1/4 scale Pup.
And to add to that the majority of my kit hoard is Balsa USA as well with all of the 1/6 scale kits, a 1/3 scale Pup, Spad XIII, and an SE5!

At this rate I'll be building for quite some time!

List above edited, welcome new brothers.
Damn cooper sounds like you have a big BUSA collection.
That's a good question actually, I have 1 built and 3 in boxes, what does everyone else have?

The engine is a FPE (First Place Engines) 2.4, it fits perfectly with no modifications.
I'm not sure on the colors...trying to come up with something different!

Welcome new brothers, nice a/c you have. List above edited.

I didn't know about the tempo as it would have been kitted before I was born, but I did a google search and found this.

We'd like to see some pics Lucas.

OK guys, and gal, (that's you Pam),
I have come to the conclusion that I'm probably the least qualified to be no 1 BUSA brother, so I am officially resigning, and will swap numbers with the new no1.
I would like to have an American run it, there are a few names I can think of , but I don't want to put anyone in a uncomfortable position if they don't want it.
If you feel you would like BUSA1 NO and be President please nominate yourself, also any of the brotherhood feel strongly, nominate someone.

I disagree. You created this Brotherhood, and as far as I can tell, you are doing a great job with it. I nominate 3136 to retain his position as moderator and president of the BUSA Brotherhood.
