Oh man, I think I messed up my Balsa USA 1/4 Neiuport, I musta took a detour !

All I wanted was my Neiuport 11 1/4 scale to fit in my Corolla.. Suddenly I have all kinds of things that are conflicting with my plans and instructions !

We'll have to teach you how to read instructions.

I can fix your mistakes. Just sent the entire kit, with all accessories, to me.

Why not fill you gaps with thick balsa. Like having a thick center rib on the wings, and then a thick former glued to one side of the fuselage half. No body would ever know. I think it would be better to use would over glue to fill those gaps. Really, it should be no biggie.

I am just kidding on the gap issue.... It is close enough for me. I just thought I would make a joke about building so many parts of this plane in halves...

Its been a lot of extra work... I wonder how far over weight it will be? All of my Balsa USA stuff has flown well when built heavy anyhow

Well I don't claim it to be scale, but I am going to make it look interesting. I have some smaller button head screws to finish it with, I usually just put it together with servo screws first....

If it's "interesting", people will think it is scale.

Since I'm not a WWI afficienado, I certainly wouldn't know the difference.

Well its not much of a video.. but it HAS flown ! I REALLY need to add down thrust in the motor, wow it wanted to point straight up under high power...at first I thought I was a little tail heavy, but it behaved very well on low throttle landing approach.. I am happy
