I guess the only conundrum I'm faced with is the powerplant. Already have an Evo 20cc gasser for it, but now I'm having second thoughts on this engine in this airplane. I don't need to rip the wings off, but I want to have decent aerobatic capability.

Throttle management!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its nice to have extra power to pull you out of a situation you don't have to fly full throttle all the time. And I don't see a 20cc engine pulling the wings off. Top speed is dictated by rpm and pitch of the prop so start with the recommended prop then if you feel its to fast you can reduce the pitch and up the diameter. This will reduce top end but increase tractive effort. Ground clearance is your biggest enemy with the larger props. In mine I had an OS 1.08 with a 15X6-10 and it was a perfect match. It was retired as too fuel soaked to fly any more.

Looks like this thread has been dead for a while, anyone still around? I just bought a kit and intend to power it with a DLE 20 when ready. I’ll definitely be reading all the comments to try and avoid an6 issues. Interesting history on this plane, similar to the Morrisey Bravo kit I have from Sig! Only one built! Thanks and wish me luck!
