looks like a Balsa USA Tempo II.
Is it 60" w/s?

Sorry mate, I don't have the plans, I just found that pic on the net as I recognised the plane.

Maybe ask this fellow if he still has his http://www.rcuniverse.com/market/item.cfm?itemid=960923
You could also contact Balsa USA as they are still in business, that A/C isn't in production, but they may help you with a plan???

Why do you need the plans? Yours looks like it's in good shape.
