Default Tower Hobbies Uproar 40 Build Thread

Guys been a very long time since I've done a build so I chose an oldie but goody to get back into it.

Going to go with electric this time to avoid messing with an engine for now.

Going to be using the following to get her in the air:
Exceed RC .46 motor.
4 HS-311 standard servos
Detrum 60amp esc
4s 2200 Lipo
Spektrum AR400

VERY inexpensive build greet for any budget. Enjoy and share mods that are tried and true....

thanks
Mark

I built mine in a week after I lost two planes the same day at the field. My wife said buy something you can build quickly and get back in the air so I got the Uproar. Within a couple of months there were a half dozen more at the field.

Thanks Guys!
Gonna move as fast as I can on it but it's winter time and freezing cold. I'll be ready for spring for sure.

This motor has ridiculous power!

Very little unfortunately!!! Got to get moving but I've been super swamped with life.

I'll pick up the pace very soon.

I built my Uproar last winter, has an Evolution .32 in it. Very nice plane and builds fairly fast, flies good too.
When building the wing I left the rib caps off one side, which made sliding the wing through the fuse much easier. Once you have the wing in position, install the remaining rib caps. Enjoy.
