Do you have the fuselage plans ? If so, the rib profile is shown there.

I am sure there are lots of ways to skin this cat. What I decided to do is open the photo (the one with the ruler) using mspaint. I will then scale it up until it matches a full scale ruler that I have placed on the screen. I can then trace the profile. I will make my template(s) from the tracing. I can use the templates to mass produce a quantity of ribs. Voila. I will make an extra set because the way I do aerobatics I am sure to need them

Lee, check these guys they have some inexpensive canopies with the dimensions and pictures posted. Maybe you can find one to fit even if the shape isn't correct.

https://parkflyerplastics.com/

If you don't find one you will probably have to resort to making your own plug and use a 2 liter bottle and a heatgun.

Here's a pdf of the rib template from the plans. You may have to resize it to get it to the correct size. But if you open it up in Adobe PDF reader you can size and print to any size you want.

Initially it didn't but I got it corrected. Your post was 2 min after mine so obviously you got in there between my posting and my fixing it.

No idea what I did wrong with the pdf but you should see it now.
