Default Wagner power painter? CBMf16

Hi
I am preparing my cbm f16n for final paint. I am thinking of buying a wagner power painter to paint it. Would this work well and if so, what would be the best paint?

I would not recommend it. Those things shoot out a pretty thick layer of paint.

Those things really don't spray paint, they splatter. They don't atomize the paint well enough to form a fine mist - no matter how much you thin the paint down. Works just fine for splatter latex paint onto drywall, but not on model airplanes.

If you must use one for whatever reason, wear ear muffs. They are loud.
