Did you telephone them? The kit maker is located in your state.

thanks for the reply dave. their phone sounds like a fax machine. the review in rc modeler sept. 2000 gave the address as Iowa Park,Texas. the 941 area code is in florida? maybe they moved, maybe out of business like alot of mom&pop business do? anyway looked like a great kit with good review. thanks harold

The kit I bought in 2000 came from Florida. I have wondered if they are still in business.

I built a Long John 20 with an OS.25FX engine. Simple "stick" type plane and a great flyer. Some of the kit was of less than first rate quality but the laser cut ribs were perfect and it is easy to build.

I've had the long john 40 and 60. they are both great flying planes.

I don't know if they are still in business, but Iowa Park, Tx has an area code of 940. You said 941. could it be a typo???

RCKen, any building/setup tips on the Long John 60?
It's next in line in my building queue. Looking at a Saito 100 for that one.

Forget about Texas. In 2000 production was in Venice, Florida with a telephone of 941-483-3752. This was RGS Enterprises. The question is whether or not this outfit is still in business.
