Default Servos for Midwest Extra 300XS

I am getting ready to build a Midwest Extra 330XS and need help with which servos to use. The manual doesn't state the specs for the servos.

The Extra has a 80" WS and will be powered by a Zenoah G-45. Will this plane require high torqe servos? high speed? 1/4 scale?

Any replies are greatly appreciated.

I would put 70oz high speed servos on the ailerons and elevator and a 100+oz servo on the tail.

I have a 1/4 extra with a Saito 180 I used Hitec 605's all around except for the throttle.
