Looks good. I always did like that flying flag covering scheme. Going to have to try it some day.

Here's mine. It's built stock. I haven't flown it yet. The engine is a Irvine .53 Mk II. It weighs 5.25lbs. The colour scheme is based on Denny Dobson's Extra 300. The bottom is solid Cub yellow.

Heres mine, I have an OS 55 in it, love the plane........pretty good power, not unlimited vertical but it does everthin else i ask it to do. Otherwise i didn't really do any other mods, except a tank hatch, not sure if that was in the plans or not, it's been a while. also replaced the tail wheel with a dubro.

Here's mine. It always goes to the field with me. AX .46, Futaba gear.
My favorite plane I've ever built. It has started it's third season with 150+ flights logged.

Just finished mine up. Haven't flown it yet, but I'm ready to get it in the air. OS 55, still needs to be broken in.
My 11 year old daughter did the "color design".

Some great looking SSE's. This is my favorite Sunday afternoon flyer. I did make a couple of mods this past winter which included mounting the motor on its side to reduce the amount of fuel/oil residue migrating under the canopy. In the process I removed the tank and put a new stopper and fuel lines in and changed to a new GP metal backed spinner. Rebuilt the motor with new gaskets and bearings. Changed the old kit gear to a taller bungied gear and lost the wheel pants that I really liked. Three flying seasons and were ready for a 4th! Great kit value with ease of building and parts fit. I highly recommend the kit.

I don't have any photos of mine, but I am surprised that I seem to be the only one here that puts wingtips on the SE. They look so unfinished without wing tips.[8D]

I might not use "unfinished" but I can definitely understand "utilitarian" and "blocky". Wingtips would definitely add a little grace to the lines....'

I've got an SSE ARF that I hope to get in the air this summer. Short of recovering, I really can't do much to it. But I've got a kit for one too.. If/when I build, I hope I remember wingtips.

That's funny as I build mine w/o the tips because I thought it looked better . That's the beauty of a kit, I suppose, you have the ability to make it however you want...

Here's mine.
Saito 72, enlarged & counter balanced rudder & elevators, 12oz tank.
3.1 kg.
A little heavy, but thinking of changing the engine to something else with a bit more power.

Hey thanks, but I think yours is just as good as mine. You just need an 11 year old little girl to bring you drawings that are made with colored pencils. She had some real "wild" ideas. We had to tone it down a little, or else I would still be covering the plane! I usually go flying with my son, so I thought I would get my daughter involved in the hobby by "designing" the color scheme. So, now she thinks the plane is hers. I'll just let her keep thinking that.
