Default Should I bevel the Wing, Fin and Stab ?

I understand that beveling the leading edge of the rudder, elevator and ailerons are necessary, but is it necessary to bevel the trailing edges of wings, fin and stab ?

I really don't mind more work, but the instructions on my manual did not specify whether I should bevel the trailing edge of the wing.

(I am using Nylon pinned hinges from Great Planes btw)
and here's a diagram that I have made to illustrate.

Nope.

If you want to do 3D, you may want the double bevel, for additional control surface travel. If you don't intend to do 3D, that extra travel is unnecessary.

Good luck,

Ditto.

You didn't mention what it is you're building, but mosy of the time, a single bevel is all you need.

I am building a CAP 232 kit from Great planes. I am not sure if it qualify as a 3D plane ?

Probably not necessary. I didn't on mine. Just be sure that there is no binding with the hinges that you do use to restrict the throw. I leave a little gape between trailing edge and control surface to avoid any binding and then seal the gape with strips of Monokote. Monokote seems to work a little better than Ultrakote because it is more pliable while under high heat and sticks better.
