Left wing panel on LT-40 done
Hey,
I finished the left wing panel on my LT-40, took me 5 days to do, just working a little bit each day. I am gonna chill the rest of the day and start on the right wing either tomorrow or monday.
Here are just a couple of pictures....since I am so new to kits (this is my first kit), any insight into what you might see would be beneficial.
Thanks.

Looks like a great start, Bryis. Follow Sig's instructions and you can't go wrong.
Don't get too upset by small imperfections, especially in the covering job. A few small wrinkles and folds won't matter in the air.
Each kit you build will turn out better than the last as you learn the skills.
best wishes!

Keep on building in little bits of time. In no time the model will be done and flying. You'll have a great sense of accomplishement. As Swooper says don't sweat the small stuff. I've seen people make way too big a deal out of a small mistake, get stressed out and stop building. Keep on keeping on and you will discover why I consider building such a large part of the hobby. It's fun!

Thanks for the input. I find myself worried about small details a decent amount. I try to curb my desires for ultimate perfection, mainly because I know this is my first plane and that it will probably see some rough days ahead! It'll be my workhorse.....
Thanks again!

In a way I envy you, building your first kit. You are wise to take your time, but don't worry about the small stuff. You might make some mistakes, all part of learning. Sig makes great kits, and I can see the wood is nice. Just follow the instructions and you will soon be flying.
