Default 144" MOSTER KIT

This summer I'm slated to design a monster size kit. (Aside from the twin engine kit) I have basic specs on the design, but I want everyone's feedback on what they might like to see in this kit. RCM will feature the kit (likely on the cover).

The basic theme going for the kit are as follows:
- Huge, yes really big.
- Cheap: use only 3 good sized servos to run the whole plane. Covered in something any builder can get their hands on in large quantities.
- Simple: No ailerons, but always the option. Tail Dragger only.

Specs:
- 144" wide
- 85" long
- High wing
- Two section wing
- 1.20 4S engine range

I have the wing already designed. It has a 23.75" constant chord.

There will be no instruction manual. Just plans. RCM plan service will be there for those who want to strike out on their own. And so the kit we offer will supply no more then just the plans and the laser-cut parts (plus stock wood & hardware). If we make this easy enough, then a good set of clear plans is all that anyone will need.

Let's put a nice simple kit together for everyone to enjoy. So let's hear it.

What happened to the re-kitting of the Giant Telemaster (12ft w/s)?
As much as has been asked, even a set of plans for it would be a sellable item.

Just curious....

A.- 3 piece wing for easy transport
B.- 2 piece fuselage for same reason
C.- Lots of pine and door skin plywood so we don't go broke
D.- Flaps
E.- Easy to make landing gear
F.- Son's bicycle wheels
G.- Power by a weedwacker gas engine
H.- Good price on plans and on kit

How about a 14 foot Flying Qaker? mines almost ready to cover, will be DUAL power-- Gas or Electric, which ever turns you on. other planes got in the way, time to get busy and finish it. dick

Wow, that looks fun!

Now I'm not going to get anything done this week... I will be dreaming of the Monster Plane.
