top flite p-47

Am building this kit and there are no specific plans for the fuel tank. I am mounting mine on a piece of 1/8 balsa with foam and rubber bands and maybe tack glueing or more into the front. Any of you done this?

That should work !!! I just packed a lot of foam tightly around mine. Just make sure it's secure and won't shake around.
