Default mustang exhaust and guns?

I'm working on a giant Bud Nosen Mustang. 1/4.5 scale I need some help on how to create scale exhaust pipes. I'm using a fiberglass specialties cowl. I also need guns for the wings.

Thanks

Check with Dynamic Balsa. They may have something. http://www.dbalsa.com/accessories/Guns.htm

huntingdad, mustangs are a great challenging build, mine is the TF 1/5 scale P-51 gold kit. Shrouds on my exhaust were cut from the ABS molded ones in the kit and filled with balsa, shaped and drilled at proper angle for 1/2' brass tubes. those shrouds can easily be shaped from balsa to fit contour of cowling and top off the shroud with aluminum tape and burnished them.

Gun shrouds are cut from a molded blister also in the kit and put on individually, they would need to be carved also if you don't have them. Gun barrels are styrene tubes one inside another, they don't stick out much and line up square, they don't follow the wing tapper. good luck with yours.

Check with Iflytailies as well. They do custom 3d printing, but they have a lot of products. Cockpits, guns etc.

Default nosen p51

I am holding off on the completion of my Nosen build for the same reasons, exhaust and gun ports. I have been working on it on and off for many years.

Leroy, I picked up some brass tubing today. Going to try to match what you have done on your exhaust. Primed the air frame also today.

I think you will do fine building the exhaust, I painted my tubes with hammered bronze, they are not black.
