Default GP Super Sporster 90/120

Thanks for looking, I am setting up a Super Sporster and in the Manuel it lists control throws on the elevator is 5/8 up and down. I set it up this way and it doesn't look like enough throw to me.
Is this plane pitch sensitive, or is the elevator that effective?

I got to fly this bird today, It's a shame this kit has been discontinued! What a hot rod! No bad stall tendency's! and with an OS1.08 It climes like a homesick angle!
