Default Goldberg Sukhoi Gear Mounting

Does anyone have a decent drawing or detailed picture of the modified landing gear mount on the CG SU-26 kit? I know that the kit underwent some re-engineering, but I haven't been able to locate a good illustration of the new mounting. I've got an early kit that I'm about to start.

Thanks,
Ross

The new kit places the wheel base on the fuse. There is an indent in the middle of the wing that wraps around the box where the gear is now mounted.

What kind of details were you looking for?

I have the older style kit. I guess what I'm looking for is an illustration showing the design of the gear mount on the fuse. Not knowing how the instructions have changed, I can't really point to specific parts of the manual, but I suspect there are illustrations showing the gear mount. If you can post a photo of the plans in that area, I could probably see where the differences are. Thanks for the assistance.

Bob,

That's exactly what I was looking for. I think the larger pics will work quite well.

Thanks,
Ross

Hi when you get your mods done you may want to drill some new holes in the gear and add some blind nuts to the mounting plate and discard the sheet metal screws that originally hold the gear on .Just my 2 cents
