Default LANIER 1/4 Scale LASER 200 Problems

[:@]Do the wing cores on the 1/4 Scale LASER 200 kit should have the 1/2" Diameter Servo Connectors Wire holes cut at the factory?

I just epoxy the fiber tubes and the WS1 Supports to the wing cores and was in the process of assembling the ailerons servo trays, when I noticed the servo connectors wire access holes are missing. The servo tray holes are only 3" long instead of the 3 and 3/8" shown on the plans, so drilling a 1/2" hole is going to be quite difficult since the WS1 supports are already in place. Also the space between the bottom of WS1 and the core lower surface is only 1/4" instead of the 3/4" shown in the plan cross section. That means there is not enough space for the servo tray 5/16" rails and two 1/8" laminations as called for in the plans. Even if you attempt to install the laminated servo rails upside down, ones need to cut down one of the 5/16" rails to 1/4" so it will be flush with the core surface, and against the foam surface and WS1 top.

I am somewhat disapointed with the quality of this kit so far. Has anyone run into this same situation? And what will be the best course of action?
