About finished framing up this airplane, notice no dihedral called for on the wing plan, or is this optional? Braces appear to conform to dihedral
I'd appreciate advice
Thanks

I'm just finishing up a tiger 2 as well. If all goes well I should have it ready to fly by next wek.
Yes there is dihedral in the wing. I don't remember how much, but as I recall they give you a brace that you set under one wing tip, while the other is flat. I'll check tomorrow to see how much dihedral mine has.

I built a Tiger II once and the kit came with the braces which you glue together to setup the wing halves for assembly. My advice is to only build in half of the dihedral that these "jigs" specify. It will roll much better and also look more like a aerobatic plane. It was a great second plane. I had a Saito 91 on it and many happy hours of flying till the radio went south. Make sure you use 4-40 size wire contol rod for the elevator and in a steep dive pullout the dog leg in the control rod wont straighten out. Of course this is the builders choice and depends on your level of flight experience.
