Yes. Balsa USA does not sell them. They stated the ones on their plane were painted on. Unfortunately, I'm not that talented with paint.
I covered the plane with olive drab Solartex. I have 21st Century Fabric available in the correct colors. I suppose I could cut the decals out of that and iron them on.

Try www.cal-grafx.com. I ordered some roundels for my SE5a from them and they do custom sizes on special order.
