Default Sig Kougar Mark II C.G

Hi Guys,
I`m building a old Kougar kit and was wondering wath CG was being used. I`m use to setting the CG back from the LE at the fuse. The instuctions say 1/2 back from the wing tips, this is not very clear to me. Is this because of the jet like wing?
thanks,
Frank

Yes. The C/G is correct as stated in the instructions. Balance as indicated and you will have a good flying airplane. You can run a line from tip to tip and mark the distance back from the leading edge at the center of the wing. This will give you the balance point at the fuse to wing position. Remember that you only want 1/2 inch back at the tip and not 1/2 back at the tip.
