Default Mick Reeves RACKETEER

Hi There, I've recently purchased an old Mick Reeves model called RACKETEER and on opening the box found there were no instructions of any kind, would be great if somebody had a set of instructions tucked away for this old kit as it doesn't look like a conventional build and I don't really know where to start.....

I remember building one of these about 20 years ago.

Apart from the rolled ply fuse, it is very staightforward and scarcely needs a plan or instructions.

Email me if you get stuck ([email protected])

From what I remember, like all Mick Reeves kits, it flew really well.

Thanks for that david, I know what you mean about Mick Reeved as I've had a couple of his Ganster kits in the past and they flew really well, I'll keep you in mind if I get stuck during the build.

Many thanks

Steve = an afterthought

Mick Reeves is still in busness and surely he would be able to supply a photocopy of the instructions.

Thanks David, someone else mentioned that and I mailed him and managed to get a canopy (that was missing) and the main exploded view drawing which will be a great help.

Thanks again.

Have a good New year.

Hi Doctuneit
just pick-up on this thread - did a search for Racketeer and up it came.
How did you get on with the build? Happy with it? Fly ok?
I am interested as I have inherited a very old model that needs a lot of TLC before it will fly again and I'm wondering if it is worth the effort.
Instinct says it should be as it's a Mick reeves design and it looks just so right - so it should fly right!
If you have any pics, please post!

thanks in anticipation
Rick
