Default windshields

Does anybody know a site that I can get some nice looking windshields for a dynaflite PT-19?
Not the cheesy plastic crap that came with the kit. Also a nice custom made aluminum rollbar?
Thanks.

Well now, in Rawlins, you are going to need to order the stuff?

K&S sells plastic you can cut your own. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXR783&P=7

There is fourmost that makes the rubber borders for the glass and also cockpit coming.

You may want to check out the parts lists for various ARFs on the Tower web site. I bought the windshield(s) from the G.P. Stearman parts list and it was a good fit for my BUSA Citabria Pro I was building. Granted, it is plastic, but it is painted and looks good, real good. I definitely would not consider it "cheesy crap". I also bought the replacement pilot for the military version Stearman for $5.79 and used that in the C-Pro. The pilot looks great too.

Hi Howard,
My flying buddy and I drive to Rock Springs every weekend to fly. 100 miles west of Rawlins. We tried to fly here but unfortunately, the local club has a few morons who have no sense of safety or courtesy!
We have a GREAT time in R.S., feel free to look me up anytime and we'll fly!! We do fly float planes in a nearby reservoir sometimes.
