RE: Midwest suhkoi 40
Hello; I had one of those, still do, but I crashed it pretty hard back in Nov.
I flew mine on an OS 48FS, we had another at our field with a surpass 48 as well. I flew it for what six years now? It's a terrific plane, it does it all with the 48. Fun to fly, but don't take your eyes off it. I might fix mine befor e spring, but I do have a few other things to do first.
I remember that it was fun to build and cover, It gave me lots of smiles.

A friend found one of those at a auction too, It is actually the same plane as there funscale kits from the early 90's I have the ME 109 and it is the exact same wing as the suhkoi and the fuse is slightly different however the SU has much larger control surfaces on the tailfins than the other kits in the series. I have a OS 46FX and it flies great with good power, Any good 46-50 size engine would do fine.
