Default Converting Guillow's P40 HELP!!!

I bought the P40 with the idea of converting it to electric motor, rudder and elevator R/C. I have cut out all the parts but stopped because I dont know if it will be a lot harder to put in all the radio componets after its built, does this matter. Also would anyone who has done a guillow's conversion like this be kind enough to give me a parts list of everything I'll need to do this such as servos sub micro, micro, or mini, control rods everything.
Thanks.
