unionville hobbies
I just finished a 6' Beaver. The wood was great, the instructions OK except for a few vague areas (minor). The airplane is a joy to fly! Bringing it in with the flaps deployed makes it land like a fluff of goose down.
I'm anxious to try it on floats in the spring.
I will be building another (bigger) Unionville kit in the future.

I built a Fleet Finch a couple of years ago. Good kit, GREAT plane and ...Unionville is Canadian. Not notched and tabbed and self aligning kits but manageable. A few issues with the sizing of wood relative to instructions/plans but easy to overcome.

I am currently building a beaver with 6 ft. wing. It has been fun to build but not a beginners kit. I ordered the thin servos to put flaps and ailerons in it. plan on covering with antique coverite and paint the Dehavllind colors looking forward to fling it this summer with wheels and floats. Bob
