Default mounting rimfire motor

Hello, I'm building a Faltout for a fellow club member and need an answer for mounting the rimfire. The motor has a wheel collar on the back of it, that is too big to fit in the hold on the stock motor mount. I can take the collar off and there is a clip on the shaft to prevent it from sliding off. Is this sufficient, or do I need to drill out the hold in the mount? Please tell me what everyone else has done. Thank you

Default RE: mounting rimfire motor

I took the wheel collar off and after a few flights have experienced no problems.
