Default Fiberglassing a P-51

I'm getting ready to fiberglass a giant scale p-51, and was wondering if there is a rule of thumb for how much epoxy to mix at a time based on the surface area i'm glassing. I'm going to be using west system epoxy and 3/4 oz cloth, and will be doing an 80" span wing plus the fuselage, tail, etc. The total wing areas about 1200 sq inches, so i guess i'll be doint 600 sq inches at a time for the wing. Thanks.

by the way, i've read a bunch of online articles about glassing, but none of them mention how much epoxy to mix for a particular surface area.
