Great Planes Super Aeromaster 60 Questions
I aquired a Great Planes Super Aeromaster kit and am thinking about building it as soon as I finish my 4*-60. I have a couple questions about it if anyone has some experience with it.
I just picked up an O.S. 120 four stroke. The box calls for up to a 120 four stroke, Is this to much engine, should I go with a 91?? I've got a
Suggestions on the wing configuration. Which version??
Photos of finished models with different colors, finishes. I'm looking for something other than a sun burst, or a lot of checker board stuff, but I'm not sure just what. Any photos out there that I could have a look at??
Any input is welcome. The kit looks like it is going to be a slow build, so I would like to make sure I don't have to back track to often.

RE: Great Planes Super Aeromaster 60 Questions
The 120 will be more than enough power.... I've got a 90 in mine, and it flies it quite nicely. I've always preferred the Long swept top wing and the shorter straight lower wing. Make sure you seal the aileron gaps, or it'll roll really slow. keep it light, and with the 120 on it, you'll probably wind up a bit nose heavy.
Dig around in this thread http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_1682151/tm.htm and you'll find some decent pics...

Thanks for the advise. It looks as if I should save the 1.20 for another project.
Also, thanks for the link that has some photos. Gives me some ideas.

RE: Great Planes Super Aeromaster 60 Questions
Mine started life with the MDS .68 and it was A dog in the air. I just installed the SK 91 and it turned it into one great little guy. The 1.20 is A lot of over kill. If I would have installed ailerons on both wings then the .68 would have probably been just fine. Sorry about all the dust on it in the photos but I have been building A lot the last few months. I clean my planes before flying but A day or two in the shop and they look bad again fast. I could have worse problems!!
