Sig, or BUSA 1/4 Scale Kit?
I would like your opinions on which of these kits are the better design. Also, which do you think fly's better or more realistic?
And what engine is best fit for the kit?
I am thinking of building one this year, and have looked at both on the web. Cant tell that much difference, except a little in price.'
would be grateful for any input or suggestions.
Thanks.... Fynpreacher.

You can check out my build thread on the Sig 1/4 Cub here: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/Sig_...2708451/tm.htm
I cannot vouch for the BUSA Cub but the Sig Cub is a very nice plane, a fun build, looks great and fly's great.

RE: Sig, or BUSA 1/4 Scale Kit?
One of our late clubmembers built the Balsa USA version. Covered in Sig coverall and also made the scale bungee landing gear. Looked fantatstic hanging in a hardware store window with Santa sitting in the pilots(rear) seat.
He passed away a couple years ago leaving an unfinnished one. I know his wife quite well and one of these days I'll make an offer on the kit.
Either one, you won't go wrong. There is alot of building to do though.
Good luck with your build. Jollyroger

[8D]I've built both kits, although it was probably about 10-12 years
ago, so I really don't know if either kit has changed much since.
I believe that the BUSA kit is closer to scale than the Sig kit. Power wise,
a 1.20 4C will power either model adequately and give you scale flight.
