Default LT-40 build First Kit Attempt

Hello all, here are some pics of my nearly finished LT-40. I am building it for my uncle who is interested in getting into RC. I was home over Xmas and was flying my SSE around when they showed up for a visit. Ever since then he had been calling and e-mailing about getting more info. about RC Planes. I had this LT-40 kit sitting around and had passed the trainer level so i was thinking about selling it when my wife suggested i build it for him. So i made my aunt stall him from buying a trainer and built this one. As you can see there are some finishing touches left on the wingtips and the engine still has to be mounted but i should be done it in a couple of days. I don't like working with neon monokote as i find it to be really sensative to heat and discolours very easy.

Nice looking LT40. You would`nt need an other uncle would you? LOL Just kidding.
Ive built several plane and the LT40 was the most fun and learned to fly on it.
That was really nice of you to do that for him. You deserve an Atta Boy. You giving him something he cxan enjoy for years to come.

A very good choice for a first build and a first trainer!
