Default Sig Seniorita ailerons???

I know there is a thead with this info in it somewhere but I can't seem to find it. So I was wondering if anybody could tell me or send me some rough plans/pictures of how to put ailerons on my seniorita(ex. size, placement and hardware/wood).Any help with this would be great.
Thanks
Chris

Chris, I added ailerons to my 'Rita by building up "barn door" type. Ther are bapproximately 2" wider and by the photos you can tell how long I made them. It took some work to do this, but I used the same method from the Sig Citabria I'm building. I use seperate HS-81 servos and even though they look a bit small, they are more than enough for this balsa monster LOL.
Some people add strip ailerons, which are the easiest to install and only takes one servo. I just like to experiment with this type of plane. There is also a website to peruse:http://users.adelphia.net/~pjburke1011/kadets.htm
Here are some pics of my gal in the bones as well as covered:
Good luck with your build. jollyroger

Chris,

I added full span ailerons to my Senorita. I removed about 3/8" from the trailing edge, and added 1 1/4" pre formed ailerons with two servos in the wing panels. The addition is pretty straightforward. I removed about half the dihedral from the wing, and the roll rate is out of this world. The Webra 32 Speed GT helps out too.

Be sure to reduce the dihedral by half.
