Default Top flite Cessna 182 Skylane total weight?

Hi Folks,
Just completed the plane and had to put 16oz in front of the f/wall to balance it.
The plane is spray painted and has a Saito 100 and an interior kit.

Now I am wondering...
<1> Did somebody else had to put so much weight in front to balance it
<2> Even if the manufacturer is talking 10-12 lbs, what is the real weight for the type of set-up I have.

Cheers

I only added about 2 oz to my firewall. Magnum 91 up front. I have all the goodies, cockpit kit, lights, fibergalssed with polycrylic, and painted. Dry weight is a tad over 14 pounds. Feels way lighter in the air.
