Default Estar Pilatus tail wheel

I just purchased a Pilatus Porter kit mfg by EStar Models and I love it. The only trouble I have is it has a fixed tail wheel. Does anyone know of an easy fix to make the tail wheel steerable?

IF you have not attached the rudder, run a tube down through the fuse for a wire on which you bend a 90 in the top and attach to the rudder. Get a Dubro tail wheel assembly for electric and attach per instructions. Attach the control arm and you know have a steerable tail.
