I have a 91 4 stroke and 15x6 prop, it pulls left on takeoff but very little once flying at a good speed. It will always torque when you drop the hammer but i wouldn't change the rudder. Pull staight up under power and see if it falls off bad or fly away from you and see if it crabs to the left?
