transparent covering tidbits needed
I'm trying to help out with repairing a Kyosho ferias. We don't know what brand covering kyosho used. I'm guessing ultracote, but with Kyosho you never really know for sure unless they specifically advertise on a specific model.
does anyone happen to know? having repaired your own maybe?
if not, i'm hoping to get him just a few scraps of transparent red, blue or yellow of
monokote
ultracote
ultracote light
anything else anyone can think of.
i'll of course be glad to cover your postage costs to send it to him. plese let me know personally by email if you might have anything to help.

Ann Marie, an easy way to tell (at least to some degree) is to heat an edge and try to lift it. If it lifts fairly easily, it's probaly Ultracote. If it doesn't, it's probably MonoKote.
