Default Primer and Paint for glass over foam

I started a model a few years ago, a Combat Models F-16.
Over the last few, I have tested my glass skills on other projects before doing the Falcon. I'm at the point were I need to finish the thing and fly it. Before that happens it needs paint.
My request is for suggestions about primer before I paint it. For some odd reason I like to sand and get things smooth. I've never had a paint job come out the way I pictured it in my mind before but with practice on the glass I'm good on what has gone down prior.

Brand and name...thanks.[8D]

When glassing with poly I have used automotice high build primer. You can buy it in a spray can at any autoparts store or walmart.
