Kit for DA50 - which one to go for
Hi, I got a brand new DA-50 sitting with me, and am planning to build a plane for it from the kit. It would be my first kit but I am quite comfortable I would be easy with the scratch build. I would like to take advice which model should I go for. $$$ not an issue here, I need a decent kit and open to any model. Even a good biplane would help. Suggest me some recommendations for good manufactures. Currently flying AW 42% Extra 260 QB. Nice bird though

I had it in an Edge, http://www.dldesigns.net/edge.htm Was a great combo till the damn wing came off. Use a better mounting system than a spring to hold the wings on the tubes. Great combo.

Isn't there any sort of BI plane for which I can use DA-50?

PM me your email address. I have a catalog I can send you from a person in Ohio who bought the rights for all of Miles Reed's kits and is selling them again. If you want a biplane, IMHO Miles' "Solution X" is the best flying aerobatic biplane out there, bar none... Miles also produced an 80" Extra 260 kit that was OUTSTANDING as well. The only draw back to it, is that the wing is one piece.
