Buy a clear sheet of .030" acrylic from Tower and make your own

make poster board templates first to get your pattern

Cut oversize with scissors and sand to the pattern line

thanks, good idea except for the molded part near the wing leading edge. I have the one
that came with the kit, used, it had a crack in it that was glued back together. Is this stuff from
Tower heatable ? Maybe I could fill the one I have with concrete or something and lay the new
stuff over it and heat it up to get the contours ? I don't know, but I do know I'm way tired and
have to go to work in a few hours, I'll be back tomorrow night. Craig

The clear material from Tower is moldable but it will show any slight roughness of your mold.

Any ideas what to use as a mold? or should I just say the hell with it and use the cracked one I have.
I was thinking about trying to make this as nice as possible, maybe even do the interior. I plan on floats
as well as tires. A homelite 25cc weedwacker for power, but whenever I look at the windshield, I feel
like just slapping it together and go flying. I contacted Dynaflite and they said they haven't had any for
years. Maybe that's why I got the kit so cheap!! Craig

Try some paper templates you may come up with a pattern that doesn't need to be molded?

OK I'll try that. I've got a ways to go yet, only halfway through the fuse.
I just keep looking at the windshield......... I guess I'll cross that bridge....
thank you, Craig
