Who makes gear for this plane or perhaps something from greatplanes (or other main stream vendor) that will work with the goldberg ultimate. I'll be running a os 1.20ax and need clearance for 16-17" props...

I have the ARF. It is a drop but if Tower still has some of the gear it is a nice alum piece. Or you could try this.http://www.rcwings.com/index.php?mai...oducts_id=2717

Thanks! Do you know the part number of the gear that came with your arf? The goldberg manual doesn't show the part number.

I don't know it. looked on the Goldberg site and it is not listed as a part. You may need to make a phone call to them.

Look on page 6 of the "Goldberg Ult engine" Forum from fallingleaf . It shows the gear he used from Fibergalss Specialties.

Hi Tom,

I'm Ken of 'hobbyncrafts'. I've been making custom CF landing gear for well over 10 yrs. I have made gear for the ARF version of the Ultimate in the past. The dimensions for that gear were as follows: 5.5" across base of fuse, 14.5" span at wheelbase, and 5.5" in elevation from axle line to fuse. I could make this, or, another with dimensions you require.
