We need way more info. What components are you trying to hook up?

The manual / instructions for your Tx and Rx should tell you what channel the ailerons work on. Example; futaba is channel one for ailerons. Hook the wires up red to red, black to black, white to white. Thats goes for any extensions you may have also.

Im a little confused and curious thou. Were not your ailerons hooked up and buzzing just a week ago? Whats changed with your equipment thats causing the hassle?

Edited for an oops.

Cheers.

Are you just trying to plug the two aileron servos into one channel via a Y harness? I just buy Y harnesses, I've never bothered to make one.
