Default How Strong are Zap products?

I have mostly been building ARF's and use epoxy and CA's I like Flex Zap for the strength. Does anyone know if it is as strong as 30 min epoxy? I have used it to install elevators in fusalages on some planes with none comeing free so far.Is this ok or should I stick with epoxies?
Thanks Bud

Epoxy gives you more working time and I am thinking a stronger bond as it has more time to soak into the wood. Good Luck, Dave

The ONLY issue I have with ZAP epoxy is there is some very light green/yellow coloring to it when it dries. This is not a problem if you are building a kit, but it is a problem when you assemble an ARF. Zap holds as good as anything I've used.

My preference has always been Devcon epoxy. It dries crystal clear, and usable for both ARF and kit applications.

....and I lament the fact that HobbyPoxy Formula I and Formula II no longer exist. If there were substitutes that were equivalent, I'd be very happy. I think they were the best epoxy products for modeling that ever were.

Hi!
The answer is Yes!
And much more versatile! I use Flash ca glue on both my sport, scale airplanes and pylon racers and has done so for 34 years!
