Default GP T-craft w/ GP 20floats

I'm in the process of installing 20 size GP floats on my GP Taylorcraft. Rear mounting supplied w/ floats is WAY off width and heighth( for 1-1/2% incidence). Anyone out there been there and done that... Matwing (-:

Default I just started the covering

I bent my own rear mounting hardware and got it just right.

How do you like this airplane. How does it fly, I am building one right now but I am putting mine on wheels. What size engine are you using, I have 56 saito. . I know it is over powered and I will probably have to stick my battery pack in the tail to get it to balance

I have a Saito 30 for it. I've not finished it yet, but I read a review on it and they seemed to like it. Theyre's had an OS surpass on it. Hope you like yours!

Default Haven't finished but!!!

It goes together real well. I am throwing an OS 40 for the power on floats. Got mine built under 4 pounds with the floats.

Cheers

Default Which OS 40?

Silvereagle2,

Which OS .40? One of the two strokes or the Surpass?

Thanks, just curious.
