Default engine mounts

I was not sure where to post this but here it is: I am in need of the engine mount
beams that come with the CG Anniversary Cub Kit I've looked all over and can't find
them.

Great Planes bought out Carl Goldberg, so they would likely be a parts resource for the Cub. Good Luck, Dave

I had the same idea dave, I contacted them and they said
they needed a part number but there is no part number on
the original mounts or on the parts listing of the plans that
came with the kit.

The original had aluminum mounts. I have a set of nylon beam mounts that might be a replacement for the aluminum mounts that come with the kit. Let me know what the distance is between the mounting holes on the firewall and I can measure these. Thanks Dave

I have a set of nylon beam mounts that measure 1 and 5/8 inches center to center and they are 3 inches long. I was cleaning up and found a set of aluminum mounts that are 2 and 1/16 inch center to center and they are about 2 inches long with 1 and 3/4 inches of usable flat surface. The mounting beam on the aluminum is off set from center. Let me know if these will work and I can send them to you. Dave

DAVE the nylon mounts sound like what I need, let me know
what you want for them/shipping I'll be thankfull. I never would
have screwed up the origonal mounts but I had a stroke a few years ago
and I'm more or less building with one hand.
