Having built several of the Jemco kits over the years, but not the Corsair, I can tell you that the "manual" is next to worthless. The plans will show you pretty much all you need to know if you study them carefully, however, and I flew one once for a club member, and it was a good airplane. So is my Zero and FW-190.
I remember seeing someone looking for Jemco kits in the Kits for Sale or Wanted to Buy forum, and as I recall, someone had a Corsair. You might check that out, and if you find it maybe the fellow could photocopy the manual for you.
Hope this is helpful.

Hmm, Corsairjock has the Jemco Corsair manual/plans if I remember correctly..
Can't remember which thread it was in, but I saw him offering to make copies of the manuals/plans for like $10.. give him a shout, I'm sure he'd be happy to help you out

I have built many of the Jemco kits,2 of which were
Corsair"s.
As I recall , one major item pointed out in the instructions
was not to change the angle that is already die into the
fuse sides that sets the incidence for the horiz stab.
If you have a bunch of experience building, and you think
things out , you should be able to get it together ok
Nice airplane , I loved mine.
You might try the "swap/for sale" forum. Maybe you can
tag up with someone who has a kit and will copy them for you.
Good luck
