Default Need CG/throws for a Royal Bearcat

I went and picked up a Bearcat, I think it’s an old Royal kit, 62” ws with an aluminum cowl. An AMA sticker on it says 1991. Anyway, I got it for a pretty good price and plan to fly it as my first warbird. I have a few questions for you guys:

Where is the CG?
The down elevator hits the rudder horn, and has about 5/8” throw – is 5/8” enough? See pics
What type of servo connector is this (see pic) and are there adapters to Futaba?
The tail wheel and rudder use the opposite sides of the same servo horn, any precautions I should be aware of?
Any thoughts as to what the planes weight range should be?

Default RE: Need CG/throws for a Royal Bearcat

I have had one of these since 2003. I just checked my elevator throws and on low rate which is what I fly it on, I have 9/16s of an inch of throw. It doesn't hit the rudder control arm until about 7/8th of an in of throw. It flys fine with that much throw. I do have one inch progamed on hig rate to taxi with, but I walways switch to low rate to fly.
