Sig Four Star 40. Highly recommended on all posts. Also Goldberg Tiger 2 (roughly the same plane in size/setup).

although it's not really a 'low wing' but it does build super fast!

I have a Fantasy and it is an incredibly great plane. It is pure fun to fly.

Everyone says that the Something Extra almost builds itself in a couple of evenings.

The 4 Star is an older kit. Isn't it more of a builders kit than some of the others? I am building a Kavalier now and it is a ton of building and sanding. I didn't realize how much work was involved.

I recently started building a GP UltraSport+ 40 ... my first kit. It does not look that hard.

The 4 Star is not a 'builders kit' at all. It has the same laser-cut, interlocking construction that the Somethin' Extra has. It builds very quikcly and easily.

For sheer fun, both building and flying, I'd go with a GP Slowpoke .10. Only thing I'd recommend is to put a .25 in it. It's a ball.
