How do I install Futaba 401 and 9253 on 46VR

Hi,
I am in the middle of assembling 46VR. I bought Futaba 401 and 9253 and it is on its way.

Can anyone tell me how to set up these things (and any caution etc).

Also, I read that 46VR will not do 3D with Futaba 401 and 9253. Is that true ?
